If you currently have dogs under your care or are considering becoming a dog breeder, we would be happy to have you as an RPB member. When you apply for dog breeder registration with RPB, you will first become a probationary member. This probationary member status will last for no longer than 12 months.
Probationary members of RPB are obligated to uphold the RPB Code of Ethics, as well as any applicable local and state legislation regarding the care and breeding of dogs.
The approval process for a probationary membership application typically takes only a couple of days, though we ask that you give us two weeks to process your application. After being approved, your details will become part of the RPB registered dog breeder online database.
To progress from probationary member to RPB full member, you will need to request the veterinarian audit form via email. Fill out this form and have it completed by a practicing veterinarian who will inspect your premises. They will ensure that you are following the RPB Code of Ethics.
Once this form is completed, send it back to us via email within the 12-month probationary period so that we can begin the approval process to become an RPB full member. You may learn more about our Terms & Conditions here.
Please click the “Join Now” button on the right side of this page to apply.
Paying the membership fee is the first step toward becoming an RPB member. Click the “Join Now” button below to get to our secure payment page. We offer two options for RPB membership payments: either monthly installments or yearly installments.
Once the payment has been completed, you will automatically be redirected to our dog breeder registration page. On this page you will input your details. Please double-check the correctness of all information on this page so that we may process your application as quickly as possible.
If you are not redirected to the registration page, please check your email for the link, as well as your email spam folder. You may also email us directly and we can send you the link to the dog breeder registration page.
Once you have completed the registration step and submitted the required pictures of your premises and animal housing and proof of identity, you simply need to wait and we will send you an email once your probationary membership has been approved.
RPB reserves the right to deny membership to any dog breeders who we feel do not uphold our Code of Ethics. We may also deny membership to any dog breeder who is not following state and local legislation regarding the care and breeding of their animals. Denied membership applications are eligible for a refund of the membership fee. We will not refund fees once your membership has been approved, as this will mean that your membership number is already live and active.
